Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on baileyblueclothing.com for return or exchange.
For returns received within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment.
The item must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which was given to you at the point of purchase via email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 weeks. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Even exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different size or color fill out the exchange goods section of the Return and Exchange goods form in your package and send your item to the address provided on the form. If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we will process a return instead.
If you received a gift from our website you may ship it to the address provided on the return form with proof of purchase. The refund will be provided to the original buyer unless notified otherwise via email to email@example.com.
Pricing: $5 shipping on all orders of 3lbs or less, $10 shipping on orders over 3lbs, and free shipping on orders over $50.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
